A JOINT WORKSHOP ORGANISED BY BIMDG AND METBIONET: Uncertainty in laboratory reports - does it affect patients?

Venue
De Vere Conference Centre
6 Colmore Row
Birmingham
B3 2QD

Details
All laboratory results carry a certain degree of uncertainty. Cases can be missed and variation in monitoring results can make trend analysis difficult.

This workshop will evaluate the evidence using real case examples and try to answer the tricky questions about how we deal with this in clinical practice.

The aim is to provide an opportunity for multidisciplinary discussion including, specialist nurses, doctors, dietitians and scientists to debate the issues and evaluate our practice.

To register please contact Lynne Darwin ([email protected]) on or before Friday 26th February 2016.

The cost of registration will be £10 to include lunch.   The workshop will be accredited for CPD

Within walking distance from the train station, directions for the venue can be found at: http://www.deverevenues.co.uk/en/venues/colmore-gate/colmore-gate-directions/
